Precise Control Ltd carries out a variety of services for your Building Survey needs. In all cases we use the latest surveying technology to ensure an accurate representation of the building required.
Floor Plans
These are now measured using the latest Leica reflectorless (in-built laser) total station combined with a portable palm-top computer and hand held laser distance measurer. This system allows the floor plan to be measured accurately and in real time allowing the surveyor to almost complete the survey on site.
Elevations
These can now be measured using the same technology as above. This allows for non-contact measurement of a building façade, meaning that those previously inaccessible parts of a building can now be accurately located as never before.
Sections
With the precise location of room features on each floor combined with the easy heighting of objects with a laser distance measuring, accurate sections can be provided throughout any part of the building.
Laser Scanning
We can provide a Laser Scanning service if required. This involves using the latest laser scanning equipment to locate point cloud information. This provides for very comprehensive data which can be used to provide two dimensional drawings or three dimensional drawings if necessary. It is particularly useful for large heavily detailed buildings or inaccessible industrial detail.
